Depending on the season and your property’s needs, services can include leaf and debris cleanup, hedge and shrub trimming, power raking, lawn aeration, fertilization, and weed control. Your quote or selected package will outline which services are included.

These services address different lawn conditions:Aeration removes small plugs of soil to relieve compaction and help air, water, and nutrients reach the roots. It may help when soil feels hard, receives heavy foot traffic, or absorbs water poorly.Power raking removes excess thatch—the layer of organic material between the grass and soil. It may be useful when that buildup becomes too thick. A small amount of thatch is normal, so power raking isn’t necessary for every lawn.Overseeding adds grass seed to an existing lawn to improve density and fill thin or bare areas. Successful establishment also depends on seed contact with the soil and consistent watering.Some lawns benefit from a combination of services. You don’t need to be home, but please ensure our crews can access your property and all scheduled service areas.Before we arrive:• Unlock any gates needed for access.• Remove all pet waste from lawn and landscaped areas. Our crews do not handle or remove pet waste.• Review your service reminder email for any instructions specific to your booking.If access is restricted or excessive pet waste prevents us from completing the work, your visit may need to be rescheduled and additional charges may apply.Exact arrival times cannot be guaranteed. Service dates are weather-dependent; if rain or snow prevents us from completing your visit, we’ll reschedule for the next available date.

Yes. We offer pruning and trimming, garden bed refreshes, new planting, and mulch installation. For work involving trees, shrubs, or hedges over six feet tall, please contact us for a project quote.
